Cancellation Policy

Clients have 24 hours to reschedule appointments and are graced with 10-15 minutes to be late afterwards all appointments must be rescheduled. Last-minute cancellations will either result in future denial of services if this becomes a habit of the client or $15 re-booking fee for the next available opening.
